Daily Susan #69 – A Photo for Mr. Mubarak
January 29th, 2011
In my dreams, I’m in Rome. Or Budapest. Or Tasmania. Or maybe even Cairo, I guess. You know, just passing through and stuff. And after a long day’s work of helping the poor and kickin’ it with the locals, I step quietly and sleepily into my luxurious penthouse suite, only to find this woman sitting on my bed. After only a moment’s gaze, she raises a hand and gestures,
peace
And I swear this dream has lasted ALL NIGHT LONG with all this non-Susan crap happening that’s forgettable in comparison with this moment, and here I am with only a twinkling with Susan, and the god damned Sandman just laughs and makes me wake up. Eff you, Mr. Sandman.
Upon waking, I remember her. I remember the feeling of finding her there. And I remember her message. Peace.
Great. Now that I’ve associated world peace with Susan, it feels more desirable and unattainable than ever.

Let’s hope a huge piece of her message make its way to Egypt.
